The music in the video sounds like it's an overworld traveling song in my own persional opinion based on what we've heard from the previous Golden Sun games.
In either case it's something to be excited about.

Hey, if you don't mind emulation, that NES rom was uploaded over at Emuparadise. It uses generic music, but it's interesting. Can't understand a word of it due to it being in Chinese, but eh.
Also, same team that did the FF7 NES conversion. All the games use the same music, which is recycled. There's even Pokémon music in there!
