A few years ago, I was looking online, hoping to see any news of a Golden Sun remix album, the one project I would like to see more than anything. However, when I happened upon this thread (ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?t=25951) on the ocremix forums in early 2010, I thought all hope was lost.
Then, the silver lining to the cloud appeared when I discovered Unleash the Alchemy, only to be blotted out by reality: this board hasnt seen much action in 6 months.
Does anyone still want to do this? I know I would, and even though I'm not a good remixer (not modesty, fact) I could certainly try to help with the remixing, or at least some of the other stuff. You guys already have some great WIPs, and if we cut down the albums to size (maybe 6 songs per album?) and stagger the album releases (1st album late 2012, or something like that) like final fantasy 5, the fabled warriors did, then we could at least rekindle some life into this almost dead project.
of course, this is just my opinion, and even though it would make me sad as hell, I would understand if you guys didn' want to do more. Its all up to you.
I am Gannondorf929, and while I am mostly new to OCR, I am an avid GS fan and music maker, although not a particularly good one. I was the main collaborator on the Golden Sun: Dark Dawn OST at Golden Sun realm: boards.goldensunrealm.com/index.php?topic=21287.0, and I am a devoted Golden Sun fan willing to help any way I can.
